Shirreen has been with Forte since the very beginning. She brings a wealth of experience with bookkeeping and accounting in the construction industry that has enabled her to improve and perfect our processes for tracking job costs. As the Office Manager and Bookkeeper, she oversees our financial records as well as handling all subcontractor invoices, billings, payments and payroll. She is also continually checking and verifying that all of our subcontractors maintain and verify proper insurance.
She promptly handles all job-related invoices and makes certain that our team has reviewed each and every bill before any payment is approved. This means that when you trust us to pay bills on your behalf, Shirreen will treat your money as if it were our own. She works meticulously to ensure that our open-book, cloud-based accounting system is up to date and accurate for our clients to always know where they stand budget-wise.
